Late London Trip Evaluation (Since the first one I created didn't save nor publish) -- Note: This is incomplete due to accessible issues.

I found the London trip to be a very lovely experience. Although I had visited a couple of the places beforehand, it didn't ruin the day and was refreshing re-seeing pieces and depicting which parts of them could potentially influence my own art.

The following images are from the first place we went! Tate Modern.

Picasso's piece, painting in 1932 and named 'nude, green leaves and bust' is an interesting one. I like that it blatantly isn't fine, realistic art but it is interesting and isn't boring. I like that you are able to identify the picture extremely well without even having to contemplate it extensively. Although it is disproportionate and it is surrealism, it still is rather detailed. This influences the way I perceives my ideas and then create them. It instigates a creative wave and thought of "lets do something wacky".

The minimalistic photos above are really lovely. I adore minimalistic photographs and I like to do them myself also.

The above sculpture is of particular interest! I really like the unusual concept of disproportionate body structure and combined with the little-to-no detail. I thought it would be relevant to acknowledge it further since it sort-of relates to what we have been doing in 3D with Jon.

I really adore the construction of this art. It's never ending curiosity. I love the fact you don't get bored of it and each specific thing is genuinely intriguing and makes you contemplate the entire thing. You have to look closely to realise just how odd this is. I like odd things and try to refrain from creating art that is considered 'normal', so this definitely inspired me to create something even more odd and might influence an entire piece in the near future.

The way this specific piece has been constructed caught my eye as I am very into illustration. I love the simplistic design, the way it's been drawn with ink and I love the use of water-colour. Definitely will inspire my art in some way.

I adore the use of ink and water colour (hence why I loved these pieces so much.)

I am very 'into' previous models of equipment and early technology, which is why these specific pieces caught my eye. I really like the use of (somewhat) 'live' and 'interactive' art pieces and it has instigated some form of motivation to create a similar piece in the future of my own.

Ate my lunch looking over the river! Wish I could do that daily!

AUP YODA!

The rest of my photos are all on my other laptop and I do not have access to them to finish this post. I'm sorry, but I have got plenty more photo's and hopefully soon I will have access and will be able to complete this post.
