Pitching idea's to Paul Horne
As we asked Paul many questions, he left us with a clearer idea as to what they're expecting from us. The question and answer sheet is in my note book that contains all the work I have currently done for this. He made it clear that the bus station should be based on art and architecture, 1930's themed. (There should be a story behind the image too) This means that we can look up Art Deco as Art Deco is the main art movement around the theme intended.
The above image is an image of a stained glass window, fitting the criteria of what Art Deco is. WHAT IS ART DECO?
"The predominant decorative art style of the 1920s and 1930s, characterized by precise and boldly delineated geometric shapes and strong colours and used most notably in household objects and in architecture."

Paul Horne appeared very confident and definitely knew what he wanted out of this task. This being specifically a visually appealing image, not too complex, not covering up too much of the windows and ideally being fun and exciting as appose to the typical 'not so appealing' dots to stop people from walking into the windows. He also specified that if they aren't happy with the design, he won't be using it.
