Didn't work and why

This was meant to be a hand and the planning wasn't too complex so that was a large indicator that it wasn't going to work. 

The circles represent people and the equality of people. The hand was to show that they all reach out to one another. Basically, the over all composition won't work out and didn't, so it is very disappointing and I won't be taking tips from this painting for future paintings.
